For over six years, we have provided advisory services to 40 startups in the Aldea program of iNNpulsa. Our services focus on three key areas: internationalization and intellectual property protection, supply chain coordination, and preparation for funding rounds.
We concentrate on designing internationalization strategies for the startups. Through a comprehensive analysis, we identify target markets. Additionally, we assess the legal requirements for entering each country, including applicable trade agreements and national legislations. We also analyze the opportunities and challenges each market presents based on demand, competition, and other key factors.
Another fundamental aspect of our services is the protection of intangible assets at an international level, such as trademarks, trade secrets, software, and patentable inventions. We ensure our clients are protected and prepared to expand into new markets.
In 2022, we were one of the 19 entities certified as incubators by the Aldea Explora program of iNNpulsa and Incubar Manizales. Our incubation program, “Lanzadera 1493,” aims to boost Colombian entrepreneurship by connecting with the Spanish and Chinese markets.
