GAES is a Spanish-origin company that was later acquired by the Italian company Amplifon.
We accompanied them in their process of establishing operations in Bogotá and developing their business in the country. We provided various advisory services in investment development and the internationalization process. For example, we supported their international distribution strategy, designed a strategy to increase their chances of success in Colombia’s public procurement market by employing branches, subsidiaries, and leveraging the EU Free Trade Agreement.
We also legally structured their distribution channel through the franchise business, coordinating it with the models they use in Spain, Argentina, Chile, and Ecuador.
